God only know what they're thinking when they see me standing in the soft snow in a short sleeve T-Shirt, knee length shorts and sneakers. Actually, it wasn't that cold.. with the snow constantly falling it felt quiet warm.. though admittedly I wouldn't want to stay outside for extensive periods.

Now I don't mean a little.. Though this time, their excuse isn't because the staff can't get there due to the 20cm snow. But kiddie playgrounds would be too dangerous for the kids to play on..

Sorry?
WHAT THE FUCK???

I must be going deaf in my young age...
What ever happened to the good ole days? You know?

When I was a child, the snow used to come to our knees and classes commenced as normal; during our breaks we'd still venture outside chase the girls and have snow ball fights, build the odd snowmen, while others make slides in the snow for skidding - it's kinda like skiing!!! Oh, it's soo much fun! A slight bump never hurt anyone, nevermind the colourful bruises.. besides, they'll make your kid stronger!! What's wrong with the Brits of today? They've gone super soft!

Excuse me....
Why does Britain has so many cotton-wool kids?

Once upon a time I used to think Chinese toys are poorly made because they're
produced by an unskilled labour force that lacked extensive experience but ever since their economic boom they have absolutely tons of experience to sort everything out; some companies even have foreign guidance as a joint venture from international companies. Then today, I was searching the net for further information regarding my recently post (modern chinese building materials) and kinda came across some shocking discoveries.

Now, I
don't think they're lacking in experience, just light fingered, hungry for money (despite being employed), too incompetent, short sighted with all the garbage that surrounds them... Only one
thing comes to mind, they're do bloody lazy they can't even keep their
living quarters clean.

I read somewhere that some people seem to think their government should care more!
Seriously? Surely it isn't up to the
government to keep our homes clean..
(Does the government in your country regulate the cleanliness of your home?)
Sorry, it's up to the individuals, I'm
pretty sure of it.

money on a "commercial waste recycling plant", by way of recycling,
doesn't mean you stuff them into the next commercial building you
decide to construct.

On a side note...
Seriously, there's gotta be something really wrong with those mainland

Actually, from personal experience Chinese made products had always meant something cheaply produced, often made with inexperience shoddy workmanship; fact, anything with "made in china" meant nothing more than a toy, crappy gimmick!! Just never really thought it'll expand to the point of actual construction.. But a few years ago whilst in Hong Kong, the news changed all of that!

The story of an entire building toppling over, hitting the ground and staying in one piece was enough to make me think twice.. all caused by some simply second rate construction company digging it's foundations a little too shallow!! When I said shallow, I meant no deeper than the height of a person!!

Dunno what the fuck they're thinking, every once in a while,I hear of soo many westerners wanting to goto china to make their fortunes.

Really?
Where the fuck you gonna live?
Everything there is all fucking broken, made of pure shit!
Have you seen some of their buildings?
No seriously, have you?? Modern day China, in my opinion is just made of crap...

The stuff you and I dispose off. They're not recycled in any shape or form, often just shoved into the wall, whilst still inside the bag they're held and cemented over!! I'd be damn surprised if they don't use human faeces as a form of cement... wait, I won't say any more, might give them more cost cutting ideas..

        Hiya blog,

I want to ask, how do you put up with all the fake people that appear online?
Seriously, don't they bug you?

Recently, I discovered the internet can be really annoying especially
with the number of fake people/fraudster posing as public figures and
celebrities... It's like going to a Giorgio Armani, Issey Miyake or Vivienne Westwood store and buying a product you adore and paying full price for the item! Only later discover is a fake, a cheap knock-off, similar to a Chinese bootleg? Or have impaired defects like Dolly the cheep .

How'd you feel?
Cheated? Upset? Angered?
Or don't give a flying fuck?

See folks, I'm a fan of several artists from Japan and sometimes while on social network sites I get bored and search for them. One of them, I thought I found was Ayumi Hamasaki (she's this pint sized Japanese singer who's music always seems jolly, typical love ballads written and based on her personal experience). Then a couple of weeks ago, I searched through her photos and something dawned on me... On a genuine profile for an artist, they would probably post photos of themselves, cause they'd like their fans to know the profile they've stumbled upon is real, as genuine as the artist themselves and being a adored public figure, they'd like to reveal the truth not the crap the media likes to create.

I would of thought they'd add some images of things around their home, recent purchases, some unpublished snapshots taken by friends, objects in their homes, books they read, objects they have some attachment too. Get my drift?

Well anyway, there are no images of themselves other than that's those already published in the international media, near enough every single photo posted are taken from magazine scans or stolen from other websites. Now, If they're edited originals taken via a digital camera, the image
will contain some digital meta-tags, revealing the brand, model, lens
and exposure times but there non.. also if they had been scanned from
glossy photos the tones should be fairly consistent... but they're not. From closer examination there are print markings, dithering patterns cause by commercial print systems.

Recently a friend says it's just fun Hmm... really? So, if you found a of your idol, you wouldn't mind it being a fake?

Personally I'd prefer a genuine profile, as genuine artist profiles keeps you informed about up and coming events, alerts you to forth releases (songs, video, single, albums and tours), a little insight of their daily life and then some!! Some people even share their feelings... Let you know they're ill, warn you about cancellations etc.

Despite the details being fairly accurate, thanks to all the published information. I'd have to apologies since I think this profile is a complete imitation created by a lonely fraudster ...

Oh, so glad I ain't famous

Hello blog, it's been about a week since my last entry and a few things have changed since then some related to family matters but that's another story; others related to my career and some of the applications I use...

I think it's been a good few years since I've touch Flash and bhoy have things changed... For the fast few years I been working in print mostly so when it comes to photoshop, illustrator and indesign I'm fairly confidant. Unfortunately the same can't be said when it comes to my webdesign techniques, they've become somewhat rusty but not forgotten.

However when it comes to advance Flash based animation and scripting... well, I feel like a complete noob, most probably because I'm out of practice, the software have changed drastically, moved from the basic vector based design too to a full blown scripting too! OMG!! I'm baffled. To make matters worst, near all my reference books are outdated. Shit!! Now, I'm light years behind, starting completely from start again.

I think I should dedicate a few hours each day over the next couple of months so I'm able to catch up - provided I can find enough free time.

To be honest, I don't understand why some people keep their illnesses private, out of all this time I still ain't sure why he doesn't keep me in the loop regarding
his mental or physical well being. Sometimes I wonder am I his son, really.

...Perhaps they think their siblings don't care? - Such a sad thought!
...Or are they worried someone
might blog about it?

Anyway, I'm always the last person to know That's just wrong!
Often my extended family knows before I do.
Hmm... I guess my family is a little broken

I know my father has been in and out of the hospital for various
treatments, health checks and physical examinations.. but he never says nowt. Whenever I ask, he tells me he's 'fine!!' he doesn't even discuss things with me or the family. In fact, over the course of the past few years I've been told "fine" a few hundred times... so this, this is completely unexpected.

On calling my mother, i discover he was admitted to hospital during the early hours of the morning after someone called an ambulance, now he's been laying on a bed for a good few days. She keeps telling me he's really sick!! Apparently his cancer has returned and now it's appeared in hos lungs. Worst of all, I don't know how advance it is, as mother is uninformed too!

I soo wanna call him, but I can't, the old fool change his number and not told anyone - atleast not me
